My father was a private pilot, so I spent many hours around aircraft and helicopters. While my tourism career took me in a different direction, my interest remained, with a desire to create touring experiences in New Zealand utilising private helicopters.
A chance meeting with the CEO / Private Pilot James Brown in 2021 gave me the opportunity to pursue my vision to create a unique touring experience combining land and air to showcase New Zealand like never before. Allow me to introduce you to

Our custom-designed helicopter touring options, which can cover all of New Zealand, offer flexibility. If more time is desired at a destination, changes can be made where possible.
You choose the style of accommodation, and we then customise excursions to a selection of destinations either on route or within easy reach of where you have chosen to stay, thus creating extraordinary experiences.
With a corporate leather interior, noise-cancelling Bose headsets and a cruising speed of 145knots, a tour in our Platinum Class Sikorsky S76C++ are unique to Abovenz. We have spacious seating for up to eight (8) passengers, or for short journeys, we can carry twelve (12) passengers.
Our Euro EC130 features a corporate leather interior and noise-cancelling Bose headsets with a cruising speed of 120knots, Catering for up to six (6) passengers.
