Recognised as the world’s 10th longest coastline—extending more than 18,000 km—we are a country surrounded by oceans and widely regarded as the seabird capital of the world, boasting the highest diversity of seabirds on the planet. New Zealand is a significant habitat for marine birdlife.
A road journey through my homeland is an immersion in the culture I grew up with. You will find warmth in the spirit of hospitality that permeates every encounter, where different cultures have blended over centuries to become a people known as “Kiwis.” From our rolling pastoral lands and stunningly beautiful coastlines to native bush-clad mountain ranges, the snow-capped peaks of the Southern Alps, and the rugged west coast of the South Island, New Zealand's beauty is a testament to the boundless wonders of the natural world.

I highly recommend touring New Zealand with Lance Green. It was a comprehensive tour, starting in the North in Aukland, going to the bottom of the country, and then back up to Queenstown, but he will customize any trip to your requirements. I am confident in saying that in addition to the better-known attractions, you will visit places that are not on the itineraries of most commercial tours. Lance was on close terms with the staff and owners of many of the places we visited so we felt we were getting the best kind of special treatment. He is also good company! You can't do better than Lance.

We highly recommend Lance. He designed excellent individualized excursions based on our requests and accommodated the travel restrictions of my sister. We benefitted from his knowledge and love of NZ having spectacular days being escorted to highlights without the hassles. Great driver and conversationalist.

Lance Green is a legendary travel connoisseur extraordinaire!
Whether flying, sailing, cruising, boating, tramping, training, tasting exquisite food and wine, he's the "go to guy"!
Nothing is too much trouble to ensure that each of his guests experiences the world outside their "gate" in a life-enriching way.
His "raison d'etre" is bringing joy to every person travelling alongside him and his small entourage of guests by being thoroughly acquainted with every country and all its unique nooks and crannies.
He is no run of the mill travel guide, but instead a warm, professional, seasoned and entertaining guide who can unravel any unexpected twists and turns, allowing all accompanying him to completely relax and unwind, lifting a glass to the pleasures of hassle free exploration of our amazing planet!

I would highly recommend Lance for your private tours. He is very knowledgeable and reliable. He is helpful for pretty much anything you need, excellent driver and very courteous. He will definitely make your trip much more enjoyable as he did for us.
